Refund Policy

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection. Please review the product description, size chart, and variant options carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of
delivery at william@playshakespeare.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns of used, worn, washed, or altered items unless the item is defective or incorrect.
